Weekly Lawn Mowing – Fredericksburg, VA

Your mowing day depends on route efficiency. Downtown Historic Fredericksburg properties are typically on our Tuesday or Wednesday route. College Heights is usually Wednesday or Friday. Once we assign your day, it stays the same every week—you'll always know when to expect us.

Tall Fescue grows 2–3 inches per week during spring and fall. Bi-weekly cutting forces you to remove more than half the blade—violating the one-third rule and stressing your lawn. Weekly mowing keeps grass at optimal height, promotes deeper roots, encourages thicker turf, and actually costs only 30–40% more than bi-weekly (not double).

Light rain doesn't stop us—we mow in drizzle all the time. For heavy rain or storms, we push service to the next available day (usually within 24–48 hours). You'll get a text notification if we need to reschedule. We never skip weeks without completing service.

We mow March through November in Fredericksburg. During summer heat (late June–August), growth slows and some clients switch to bi-weekly. In winter (December–February), Tall Fescue goes dormant and doesn't need cutting. We'll help you adjust your schedule seasonally.
